Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process where a coach supports and guides an individual, known as the coachee, to achieve personal or professional development objectives.
It is a structured and guided conversation to self-discovery, identifying strengths, fixed or growth mindsets, limiting beliefs, and goal-setting with accountability to achieve professional and personal growth. The coach asks powerful questions and then listens, challenges, and offers feedback to help the coachee unlock their true potential.
One-on-one coaching is typically 30-45 minutes in duration and offered over a period of time, such as 1-3 months, 3-6 months, or sometimes longer. Our initial conversation will explore what you want to get out of coaching. In all conversations, my focus is on raising your awareness of strengths and blind spots, using evidence-based approaches to guide you to achieving your desired results.
Coaching can be offered virtually or face-to-face, depending on your location.
Team or group coaching can be done virtually, although face-to-face is usually the most effective approach. When done face-to-face, shadowing is also very valuable to gather information on current dynamics and interpersonal relationships. Shadowing involves observing meetings and other engagements to watch for strengths and potential areas for improvement. Team coaching typically requires an investment of time in advance to coordinate with the leader and the team. This type of coaching does require a level of vulnerability from all members because of the dynamic, real time nature of this type of discussion and feedback. In my experience, this approach is highly effective in building psychological safety within teams.

I will observe your team/group to better understand the interpersonal and work dynamics. We will then explore opportunities for improvement through real time coaching and feedback. This is highly effective in breaking down the barriers and conflict that can inhibit team effectiveness.

We will identify strategies to help you and your people to prepare for change events, deal with the impact of change, and manage the stress that often comes with change.
I offer relationship coaching services to help you improve your interpersonal relationships with others. We will work on your communication skills, empathy, curiosity, and conflict resolution strategies to help you build healthy and fulfilling relationships.
